Either of the guys from Sunn O))). I realize that it's mostly waaaaaay detuned guitar, but I'm pretty sure they also use waaaaaay detuned bass sometimes (like "bassAliens" off white2, and some parts of ии Void)

Felix Pastorius and David Pastorious are both quite obviously related to Jaco. Felix is on of his twin sons and David is his nephew. They both have a measure of his technique like it's in their blood, but they both also do some amazing things I've never heard anyone else come close to.
