I'd also like to nominate the late Gary Strater of Starcastle. |

At the end of the day though, as an old prog-head, it all comes back to Squire for me. |

| | Bass - the final frontier! | | Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: VA, USA | | | Check out Graeme Murray from Scottish Prog Rockers Pallas: Great Rick' with a pick!
Go to tracks for me would be Mr Wolfe on The Dreams of Men (0:53 is when he comes in with a bang!); Midas Touch on The Cross and the Crucible; Beat the Drum on Beat the Drum; Cut and Run on the Sentinel.
Not only does he play a mean bass, he's got a great set of pipes to and does stellar back up and occasional lead. He also run's a law firm in his spare time, but let's not hold that against him! Pallas were in the US a couple of years ago playing a festival in PA not sure if anyone out there caught them. Ironically I was back in Scotland when they were over here. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
