EDIT: found 'em. It looks like Jeff left his first and Hadrien returned the courtesy. I gotta say it's quite a refreshing surprise to see Jeff praise someone like that. Very cool of him. I think he sees Hadrien of one of maybe a handful of younger bassists that he thinks are "doing it right".

It's very strange. It doesn't seem like something Jeff would do unless he was being sarcastic. If he's being genuine, then it's pretty cool.

While I think they're genuinely praising each other, (Jeff has been singing Hadrien's praises for a long time now) I wouldn't be surprised if they fell out. Both have attitude issues to some degree, and can't seem take criticism very well.

But I really don't think it's anything but genuine praise.

Jeff has praised Hadrien's playing numerous times here on TB- I'm sure he's being completely genuine.
