Flea as a person

Ive heard from some people that they're not very impressed with him as a person...

Im sure many of use like him as a muscian, and I always thought he was a really cool guy until stadium arcadium was coming out and he gave these comments about how 'it hurts him to see use hear low-quality version of the album' and prompt use to buy the album instead. I mean how pretentious can he be? I would have more respect for him had he said somethin like 'I want the money. Buy our albums'

Thats the only thing that bothered me, but it seems like there are other negative stories about him. Mind sharing it?

a musician speaks out against having his works stolen by moralless masses in a round about way and now he's a bad guy?

I really don't get people sometimes... really.
