Yup, he actually has a band that plays at USO shows called Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band. They're a good band and he's a pretty solid player too

His Lt. Dan Band plays a ton of shows to raise support for the armed forces. As well as I've seen that guy lay the smack down on CSI, think I'm going to say anything bad? j/k

A few months back I saw a photo of him with Jeff Berlin. If he takes lessons with him I can only assume he's a decent player.

Yeah.. there was an episode of CSI:NY a couple years ago where "Mac" plays in a small club at the end. Kinda cool

He has a very good band! Dan Gottlieb on drums, he's played with Pat Metheny and Mark Egan. One of my favorite drummers.
