I was just listening to some of his stuff on iTunes...does he slap his fretless?

Not at all.

He is dead set against slapping a fretless.

What song were you listening to? He slaps on a song titled "ELvis at the Hop" w/ Tribal Tech.

On his solo albums. there is a song called "No Sweat"where he plays either a 5 string with a high "C", or he is playing a six string, fretted bass.

It's on Bent of his album Bent. I just know he plays a lot of fretless bass and the tone on there wasn't what you normally hear from a slapped bass. It's not nearly as sharp as normal and I'd heard people on here talking about slapping their fretless. Just curious...

Just listened and I'm 100% sure it is a fretted. He does whip the fretted out from time to time.

Slapping on a fretless tears up your fingerboard faster and can put dents in the wood, that is at leat one reason he doesn't do it. That being said from time to time, I do slap on it (a little) I grew up listening to Les Claypool as well as Willis, what can I say?
