This isn't the 60's/70's when the only guys who shaved their heads were Yul Brynner & Telly Savalas. You can't go anywhere these days without seeing guys with shaved heads.
It blows me away that someone who is revered so much as a musician could still feel insecure inside about something like hair. But look at Al DiMeola - he got a rug or plugs or implants or something so he was obviously insecure about his thinning hair, and yet he's one of the most idolized guitarists on the planet.
