Geddy Lee in The Simpsons?!

I'm watching The Simpsons the other day, an episode where they all go off to Canada to find Bart's girlfriend.
I'm half expecting to hear a bit of Rush on the soundtrack, then at that moment I hear Geddy Lee, or at least someone who sounds a lot like him.
Thing is, the music definitely wasn't Rush.
Was it him?

"The Bart Wants What It Wants"....eleventh episode from the 13th season. When the Simpsons arrive in Toronto, Doug and Bob McKenzies "Take Off" is playing and it is indeed Geddy's vocals on that tune.
