This is an old thread, but I ran into this guy totally out of the blue at Guitar Center in St Louis (Bridgeton) today, and told him about the Talkbass G2G at Fazio's on August 2nd, and he said he'd come down. He's amp/cab shopping right now and was disappointed at the selection at GC - I told him a TB G2G is the best place to try out a bunch of different gear, and he seemed very excited about the opportunity I didn't really get to hear him play (just trying out a few Markbass amps) but he seems like a very nice guy. Just thought I'd say so.

We did a gig this past Friday with Honeytribe and I got to meet George. Great guy and an excellent player - solid as a rock all night, and he did a very cool solo spot too. He's a "pro" all the way.
