I've never listened to any of bootsie's work, and I would like to. But I don't know where to start. Any suggestions?

James Brown "live at the sex machine" is the best place to start. Bootsy was 17 at the time and does some reel nasty hold it down funk on give it up, turn it loose!

Track down the Praxis album from '92 called Transmutations. Buckethead, Bernie Worrell and Brain.
