I was listening to "Face of Melinda" by Opeth today. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWtqeNie1Rk)
I was thinking "there is so much stuff out there to listen to!"
Anyone have some favorite albums with killer fretless they'd like to share?
Albums please. If you mention artist please be specific with an album.
Merry Christmas!
Cheers |

You checked out Spiral Architect's - A Sceptic's Universe?

| | | | Adrian Belew's Lone Rhino album is sort of prog, and has some stellar fretless bass playing by J. Clifton Mayhugh. |

Or, more fusion than prog, Tribal Tech- Rocket Science | 2 out of those three are on my top 5 album list of all time. Haven't heard of the first one though checking it out now.
Excited for the Tony Levin Album.

Idiot King is awesome, I'd also nominate Porcupine Tree's earlier records when Colin Edwin used a fretless Wal for most of their stuff.
