Is the entire Hemispheres album what defines intermediate? Crap, using this metric, I'm approximately ready to sit down and learn what my thumb feels like..

I like playing Rush too. I think The Trees is a good song to play.

Anything by iron maiden. Seriously any one of their songs is great for learning bass. Start with the classics: number of the beast, Hallowed be thy name. Then work up to phantom of the opera. If you can do that, you're golden. Metallica, Master of puppets and orion.
