Guitar Strap problem

Sign in to disble this ad
No sure is this a good place to ask about a guitar strap problem.

The problem i having is when i play my bass/guitar standing, the strap doesn't hold the guitar in position, the guitar is keep dropping in position like it is too heavy to hold in one position. Because i find it very hard to play my guitar like that. So i was wondering is it to do with the strap? Need to buy some better strap with better grip?
Because i using Nylon strap atm.

It sounds like you have "neck dive". Get a nice wide leather strap or a neoprene strap like the "Comfort Strappe".

Leather straps are great if they aren't too expensive. I've got one on my Thunderbird that never slips or gets twisted.
