I won't spoil it for you, but one of the things that really made me laugh was.... well I'll just say Martin Sheen and you'll understand when you get there Definitely a book that bears rereading and is easily enjoyed by non musos. Another muso book (and my favourite) is Deke Leonard's Rhinos, Winos And Lunatics, I dare anyone not to enjoy it! Tony Levin's Beyond The Bass Clef is another good read, although mostly for musos.

I love his playing,Delicat Sound of Thunder was my first Pink Floyd record I listened to when I was 6-7 years old.I still enyoj it as I did back then.Pulse on the other hand is beyond musical experience for me.I love Synesthesia

anyone else catch this run of shows?
the story about the Earth Song session with Michael Jackson is great
oh and i spotted at least one other Pink Floyder in the audience |

Anyone know what strings he uses? Or how he gets that tone? |

Is long as I remember he took the trick from Pino after listening to "Gonna tear your playhouse down". Which incidentally is one of my favourite Paul Young songs.

This solo is the first stone of my bassplaying. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
