Actually, I always hoped he'd buy an Alembic. He deserves a King's bass!

Didn't he contradict himself? He says that music should be the focus of education, but then goes on about how theory is totally necessary. I find that kind of opposite. Also, I lol'd when the interviewer said "Do you have a message for the people of Talkbass?"

I met Jeff's mother at a Riverhead, Long Island Peter Tork show I was opening for in December 2011. She was so proud that I knew about him.
