He is one of my main influences. Thought I've never met him in person, he responded to an email I sent his webmaster. He offered up some great encouragement that I will always appreciate.

Even later here, but THNX! to the chap that got me started on the instrument in 1971 a the age of ten! Bassically was my first solo piece.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEEZER!! I had the privilege of meeting him as he was going into the Fairmont Hotel in SanFran a couple of years ago. Just a really Nice, friendly, open guy.

I didnt know Geezer's birthday just passed, He is the best bassist I have ever heard. Black Sabbath is my favorite band, and I cant believe that I can play MOSTLY every black sabbath song.
