Heard Stu Brooks and Dub Trio last night

In Chicago, small but enthusiastic crowd. 90 minute wall of sound, dub, metal, FX. Quire amazing. Here's a pic of his pedal board.

Funny how it seems the only pedal he's kept for very long is the Moog....

They played virtually all the tracks from the new record which is a lot heavier than almost anything they've done to date. I think he may have a different set up for solo Dub Trio gigs vs the Matisyahu stuff. He also had a keyboard stand/table with some sort of keyboard trigger, a sound module, pads and a couple of pedals gaffer taped to the board. This gave him that massive low end that just shook the room and some very cool sounding synth tones.
