This is how you groove

http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=0mO9UbWMycMCheck out this female version of Marcus Miller. She could give Meshell Ndegeocello a run for her money. She has a nice groove and can do what a lot of musicians can't....sing and play at the same time. :bassist

Not bad, but I wouldn't go as far as saying she's on the same level as Meshell...

I do like that, she should loop the intro of her beatboxing and keep it going, then sing and groove on top of that. Sounds pretty good though

Looking at some of her other videos. In my opinion this one isn't her best, there are much more impressive vids of her playing.

+1 Not even in the same ball park and definately not any version of Marcus. But she sounds good though.

I think someone said Lydia is the " Pride of the Netherlands !". I dig the vid of her with those two bouncing pinks balls. And then she breaks a nail! SHe's got chops.

Dont like comparing chops like that BTW. Something feels uneasy about it. But we can talk of asthetics right, just opinion , right.. cool since y'll are totally diggin on Lydia as a chic, and I do too, here's a chic with HUGE CHOPS.... and this is a bad vid of her, man I woulda left my wife and kids the first night I saw MC do her solo thing. YEAOW!

I think she finally latched onto a 'pro' gig. I believe she's doing some stuff with Candy Dulfer! I knew sooner or later someone was gonna take notice. She'll be here in the states soon (hopefully)!
