All he did was talk about how no one else could play in the pocket like he could. I know he's educated (he studied classical upright bass at Carnegie Mellon University), but come on. He came off as a sort of Yngwie of the bass world.

I really liked the article a couple years ago in Bass Player...yeah, he's a little confident but he's been around long enough to have a tad of an arrogant side...he's been performing since he was 7.
