If this is in the wrong thread, please move it to the proper one.
I might be the only one here like this, but I just can't stand hearing multiple bass players play anything at the same time. I can sometime take two playing off of one another, but three or more on the stage at once and I just can't take it any more.
I'm not trying to say that anyone sucks or anything; I'm just trying to say that I don't like it. Anyone agree/disagree?
EDIT: In this topic, I'm only talking about electric and acoustic bass guitars and not double basses.

One bass part is the normal "bottom end", the other is "fuzz bass". Fantastic arrangement. The fuzz bass is almost like a horn section. Tasty.

This thread reminds me of every year receiving the Bass Player mag with this year's Bass Day photos; a bunch of bassists on stage wanking; that has GOT to sound bad, and yet it's considered a very cool event.
