Identifying a Jaco tune?

At the risk of posting in the wrong section, I've been wondering about this particular bit of music:

Now, it might be that the tune is just Jaco-style sound on a fretted, but in case it really is one of Jaco's pieces... what is it?

Nope that is not even Jaco-style - the harmony is too static and the feel is not as fluid as Jaco - plus it's just ... a basic funk lick - not really a tune as such...
