Jauqu is the real deal. He goes out of his way to to help people and help explain from personal experience, not just following the leader. I had a nice conversation with him at this past NAMM. Top notch guy!!

Yeah, true to the vision. I take it as a friendly reproof- a sharpening, if you will. We sharpen each other, that's the way it should be.

Man, your avatar is freakin' me out.

But seriously, it is...

Yeah he is. Jauqo has done a ton for many people here including me. That is how he is. Genuine and honest and always there to give someone a hand up. Not to mention and incredible talent and humble as can be.

Oh....and he knows everyone in the business......absolutely scary how many people he knows and is friends with....LOL

I've never liked him.

CONGRATS to Jauqo on something that is long overdue - he's one of the beautiful cats and a standup guy, and if you've never seen his pick/slap technique, you're missing out on some truly innovative stuff. I was bummed when we moved away from Chicago because the hang with Jauqo is always a blast. Hope you are well brother!

I've had the pleasure of talking to Jauqo over the phone and the thing I will never ever forget is the fact that even though I play just for pleasure he never made me feel insignificant I was very intimidated at first but after two minutes it was like I knew him all of my life and he has been so helpful to me I can't thank him enough.

Do have any high quality videos of you playing? Every video I've seen has had poor audio/visual quality.
