I'd love it, what an oppertunity!

It's be a tough gig, but it would rock if you could slip in maybe one or two old Stu hamm songs, open the show with Flow My Tears (The Policeman said) or Lone Star, what a buzz that would be!

Dave larue is confirmed for SUPERCOLOSSAL
A movie posted on satriani.com which shows them practicing together for the upcomming tour.

http://www.satriani.com/webcast/200...ype=6&speed=300

Dave is interviewed in this movie and states hes excited to go out on tour w/ Joe and he'll even get a solo spot.
Best part of the amercian leg of the tour for me is Eric johnson will open the show

I was watching the rehersal feature on satriani.com - it seems Dave's style is much closer to what Stu did with Satch rather than Matt.

Sounds good

ah, But I've spent a lot of time studying stu's style, if I don a jazzy button up shirt the audience might think I was him if we got the lighting and angle right (or not! ).

I think I could maybe pull the gig off, no way could I fill Stu's shoes though!
