Not really teach, but did he ever give pointers or talk about how he plays bass?

There used to be an old instruction video on youtube but it's been deleted.

He did one of those Masterclass VHS tapes in the 80's. Not sure you can find it anymore.

That's the only thing I'm aware of.

he sure did.. theres a documentary its called "An Ox's Tale" he talks alot about his bass playing technique there.

im glad you diddnt mean private lessons.. i cant immagine those being worth anything other than just meeting a rockstar..

if you cant find it on youtube you most likely wont be able to find it anywhere.

I can sum that video lesson up for ya: Hit it hard!

Other than that, it was pretty lame as far as instruction.

Worth a look just to see how hard he was hitting the strings.
