John Spiker: where is the love?

Sign in to disble this ad
John Spiker plays for Tenacious D, Trainwrek and Filter.

I rented the latest Tenacious D concert, the one where he plays as Charlie Chaplin, and fell in love with his pick technique.

Anybody else shares my opinion?

So really I am the only one to like Spiker? Hmmm...

Great pick player.

Sorry got to this so late. I knew his Tenacious D work before I knew he was in Filter. Then, I read an interview on bassplayer.com and have even more respect for his style.

Never heard of him, though Im a big T.D. fan.

Dave Grohl is the drummer, for those who are unaware.

That's recent. Wackerman and Spiker are a solid rhythmic duo, they've worked together for a long time.

I did not know Grohl replaced him, I just read confirmation.
