I was going to post this vid too, hehe. Thanks anyway.

A couple of questions for the experts or English speakers:

- Whats that crimson/red pedal at the further left. I think he says it's a kind of sampler, but doesn't say the name...
- When talking about the PJ Fretless pickups (about minute 3:00), what does he say about the J pup being single coil? I don't know a lot of English, but I think he talks about WHY he needs a single coil and not a humbucking...
- When showing off the Jazz (about minute 15:00) he says something about "out of phase", but don't really understand that.

Thanks in advance!

Hey, that video is 21:12!

For all you real nerdy Juan Alderete fans there is also this hour long video interview conducted by Janek Gwizdala.

I saw this post and did a bit of a breakdown in the effects section:

Full Rig Run Down

I've not listened to it as I'm at work but visual the board is:

1st Row
TC Electronics Poly Tune
Boss CS-2
Boss VB-2
Boss OC-2
DOD Meatbox
Wren and Cuff Pickle Pie B
EarthQuaker Devices Ghost Disaster
DOD 20/20 Multiplay

2nd Row
Boss PN-2
Pigtronix EP2 Envelope Phaser
Line 6 DL4

Hope this helps, I think the main way he's been able to trim the board down is removal of duplicate pedals, he use to run several PN-2's, CS-3's, LS-2's etc he seems to have removed a lot of the the pedals with suspect bypasses therefore removing the LS-2's as well.

I'm excited to listen to this later tonight.

I'm a huge Juan fan and I've watched this and the Janek Interview with him like 5 times each.

I was very surprised to see him use a Pickle Pie B instead of a Tall Font Russian or his old 90s Muff!
