Just saw Marcus miller in Chicago

Marcus Miller did a performance/clinic at Chicago State university today,he and the band were in town to perform at a gala at the school wen night and stayed over to do the clinic. The band was;Keith Anderson on sax,Bobby Sparks on key's and Chicago's very own Khari Parker on Drums (khari also play's with my band Soulgroove) It was pretty informal with Marcus and the band playing a few song's and a question and answer session. He was playing his '77 jazz thru what looked like SWR gear with the logo's covered although it might of been EBS stuff. It was a nice treat because Marcus has not played Chicago in years and I personally liked the fact he answered a lot of questions. He also got some guy's up to play with him on bass,mostly younger players, most good I'll try to post some photos when i get back from my gig tonight.
