Kevin "Swine" Grantt

I just wanted to let everyone know about the album "That Lonesome Song" by Jamey Johnson. Featuring "Swine" Grantt on Sadowsky Vintage 5, it is the perfect example of what I would call virtuoso accompaniment. Check out the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHdk7...eature=related

(For country fans, or those that just appreciate good bass playing!)

He's a studio guy. Plays on albums by Craig Morgan, Josh Turner, along with Brad Paisley, and Jamey Johnson. I picked up this album on a whim, and was absolutely blown away by the production, songwriting, and musicianship. You can hear the strings on the bass, and a good set of speakers or headphones makes everything jump out and sound nice and raw.
