Question Knack Bassist, Prescott Niles thumb pick

Sign in to disble this ad
HD Net had a Knack concert piece yesterday evening and I noticed the bassist Prescott Niles plays with some kind of a thumb pick in addition to finger style. The pick is not a side pick but appeared to come off the end of his thumb. For awhile I thought he was just thumbing the strings but with the right angle in HD I noticed he was wearing something on his thumb. What kind of pick does he use? TIA

In Montana they have signs over bars that say,"Before engaging your mouth, make sure your mind is in gear!"
