Thanks for posting that. Took me far away from my the 47th floor in dreary Manhattan. Oh to be jamming looking out at that. Much more inspiring than the Gowanus Canal.

All of tha gear alone, being his old stuff, could probably sell for close to $13,000,000!

Didn't Malibu just have a big fire? Maybe that's why he's selling - wants to live somewhere where that won't be such an issue...?

That's what the peppers use to haul their complete tour gear, lights, guitars, amps, etc, etc. So,unfortunately, it doesn't come w/the house. The view from my back yard looks better.

Just close your eyes and imagine:Coal trucks hammering down Rt.10 in the background. And last, but not least, the Guyandott river rushing buy, filled with carp (a type of fish that's fond of human excrement) hanging around the sewers.Reminds me of the Hamptons.Ah......Paradise.Heaven on earth!

I second Malibu, because of the price (smallish house) and the red earth.

There's better places to go to get away from that "LA Pit vibe", and if you surf, good luck finding a parking spot!

Maybe Flea went north?

I have been to Logan a few times. More specifically I stayed in Gilbert. I ride ATVs up there.

wonderful home. and yeah it's in Malibu
What I really liked about this house is that it lacks any sort of pretentiousness, and actually looks like a home, in which people live. awesome.
