Sorry...but, it's a major peeve of mine. It's impossible to have good technique and be a good player while hanging your bass that low...unless you're a gorilla.

Different players are comfortable with different styles and techniques. I don't play mine as extremely low as some of these guys, but definitely enough to CYN.  If you get it done, you get it done - period. |

Also, Trujillo is usually about a foot off the ground anyway, so I figure he and his bass have no choice but to meet somewhere in the middle.
