Looking 4 info on jazz trio 'Cool Cat' - live from CMF 2003

I took a detour when I was on youtube, as we all do on the web and came across this jazz trio called Cool Cat.....it was a performance at the CMF2003 festival.

Anyone have more info on this band? I like the simplicity of the music. The bass sound is so spot on for a 70s Jazz. Who are the player??? Kinda sounds like Papa Grows Funk to me.
