Looking for a bassist

[Mexican Jazz]

A couple of years ago, someone started a thread about a European (maybe Czech) jazz bassist who had a very Jaco-like tone and approach to playing. I believe he played a fretless Warwick.

I tried to search the forum, but can't find the thread. I like his playing a lot so, if this rings a bell, I'd love to find out what he's up to now.

Anyone remember such a thread or player?
