I love this guy. Great chops, feel, taste, Tone, and nice collection of basses

I've getting really diggin on a lot of Erik Truffaz's jams lately, and I really love the way Marcello plays the bass.

Anyone else wanna show some love?

Been a fan since the Dawn album.
Excellent music from a heavily Miles Davis influenced trumpeter.

Not really into his arab\berber jazz hybrid stuff.

marcello your playing is truly inspiring, i just got the face a face record, and your live playing is amazing!!

i love your tones too. pbass with foam mute, gibson hollowbody, steinberger, upright, and your use of effects.

i hope all is well, thanks for the great tunes and bass work!

I saw this thread title and realized that the name was familiar. I have a remix that Erik did of an Amon Tobin song and it was amazing. Checked out that first video and i'm floooooooooooored. this is excellent stuff. Sick groove on that first jam. Bassist holding it down. He even gets that "oooo this groove is too sick" face @3:31. love it. thanks for bringing this to my attention. too funky.

Marcello's playing w Erik Truffaz is the bomb. Tight, punchy and with lots of space. Killer tone too. Love what he does with his Fender Jazz...
