Marcus on Tour

I saw Marcus on tour a couple weeks back in Ft. Worth. Of course it was incredible! If you've heard his new "M-2" CD, his solos were right off the CD, which was interesting because I got to see how he gets some of his sounds/licks.

Has anyone noticed Marcus is now playing EBS equipment? He had Fafner heads and EBS 4x10's. I wonder if that's just something he worked out for this tour or if "Papa's got a brand new bag."

If you get a chance, check him out!

Marcus Miller in London, England

I went to see Marcus Miller at The Forum in London, England. That was the first time that I had heard items from his album, straight after the gig I rushed out and bought the album.

The gig was absolutely great. I did notice he had EBS equipment on stage, also one of his Marcus Miller signature fender basses was kept to the side - I think that was only for endorsement purposes.

Hey Leroy I was at that gig too!

And you're right, The Jazz was for Fender's artist range. He's a big fan of Sadowskys.
