I really like his playing. Great sound, inventive lines. In fact, the Killers is one of the few new bands I like. Doesn't seem to be much talk about him, I'm not sure why that is. Jenny was a Friend and Mr. Brightside both have very cool lines, and the opening track to their second album has a nice low B.

I think the whole band functions well as a unit. I also LOVE the fact that there is no autotune to be found, and I find the singer's "off" notes to work within the context of what they do (and he is "off" in the same spots on every live recording I have heard of them).

Really? You thought they got weird? I don't hear a ton of difference from the beginning until now. Some different ideas, but still sounds like the same band to me. It's all good though.

i LOVE hot fuss, but havent liked anything they've done since. sam's town has a few good tracks, but mostly it's not that great. i dont like the latest one at all. I do agree that the bassist is good, though. I really like the whole bands playing on smile like ya mean it. great song.
