Craigslist is how I found the last 2 bands that I've gigged with.

Also, go out to local clubs in your area and introduce yourself to the bands. They all probably know someone else looking for a bassist somewhere.

That's how I got into the Baltimore bar/club band scene.

After wading through the utter chaos that is Craigslist I think I've found someone who matches my stage in music development and seriousness (which is to say not so serious that they expect me to treat it as my full time job). Hope to start by Feb.

Gig Spam!

The Timmie Metz Band will be at Rockafellas in Gaithersburg on Sat Jan 26th, 9 to midnight

We're also playing at Fado in Annapolis on St Patrick's Day (Sunday March 17th), doing the noon to 3pm shift.

We may also be appearing (as a trio) on WUSA channel 9 soon.
