matching a 8ohm bass cabnet with a 4ohm bass headi

i have a trace elliot bass cabinet with 4-10's,2-horns,rated for 8ohms & 300 watts. what 4ohm power head can i use with it? example;Beringer 4500H,450 watts, or the bvt 5500H 550 watts @ 4ohms. Any suggestions Thx
