Wasn't this on the boards around a year ago? I'm pretty sure, because I've seen it before.

Dear god. That tone screams Aguilar too doesn't it? Someone tell me it doesn't, so I don't go blow all of my money on a DB750. Thx

Great stuff though

Yeah, I noticed the Ampeg stuff as well, but that tone sounds so much like Aguilar tones i've heard in the past, and I went to their website and sure enough she's listed as a user of their gear. It's possible the SVT is mainly a stage monitor and her sound to the mains is coming from an Aguilar or other pre-amp. Who knows...

Capture this show

Any suggestions on how to capture this off the web. I would live to have it locally.

Thanks

Sorry man. That's definately an Aggy. Sounds a lot like my 359 without all the warmth.

Meshell's gear

Looks like she plays a JazzBass with Labella Flatwounds, and she uses an Aguilar db-680 for the recordings, and an Aguilar db-680 preamp through the SVT power section live.
