Back when he wasnt the only virtuoso in the band and didnt look like Ray Romano Not neccessarily his greatest solo but a telapathicly tight groove. My fav is at the end when Michel Cusson comes in, that mad level of awesomeness is not often achieved.

I think his time/groove got better as he started to resemble Ray Romano.

I agree he's probably a better player now and his hair and fashion sense have improved as well. But he's only a part of the groove. In 1990 the other parts of that groove were grooving way harder than he lets his hired musicians go these days. If anyone has seen 3 white guys groove any harder than that let me know.
