Check this one out. Kinda pulling out all the stops here along with a pretty Filipina drummer!

I saw him live, for the first time, a couple months ago with Fourplay. He was solid. One thing I really liked about him was that he always seemed to be smiling and looked like he was genuinely enjoying himself.

I know the kid, used to hang out in Low Down Sound.
The only problem is his dad is a "stage dad" if you get my drift.

If you were just hanging checking out a bass, his dad would, and I'm not kidding, push Brandon closer and closer and tell him to ask to check out what ever you were playing.

Sad, because the kid can play a little bit.
But mainly it's Marcus type stuff. Great for NAMM or GC.....

Hopefully when he gets older, he'll blow dad off and get to some playing.

I'm glad to hear of a father taking an interest in his kid. I wouldn't mind him checking me out as long as he was not rude or pushy. That said, you were there Mike, and I was not, so I defer to your experience.

I said it before in another thread, but Nathan East is AWESOME! His bass line in the updated version of Clapton's "After Midnight" is about as close to perfect as a bass line can get! East is a beast!
Check it out...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szRNqPBmqDw
