I'm a fan now buddy.

Roscoe fell through Hot Licks Guitar in Waldorf Maryland (with a guitarist, Greg Koch, and a drummer, who's name escapes me) and put on one heck of a 2 hour Clinic!

As well as thoroughly explaining the macro and micro of his gear (Roscoe Beck signature Bass Guitar, FenderBassman 8x10 Cabinet, Fender Head, a footpedal or two) he demonstrated & layed out the method & principle of the 2 handed tapp technique, which i will personally try and add to my arsenal.

What a great guy, a modest man, with exceptional talent.

A great time was had!

Good notes,

fountain boy

Where the heck have I been?!?!

I'd never heard his playing until a few months ago when I was given a copy of his instructional video; I really like his approach and especially his grooves. I don't know why it took me so long to take a listen to his playing, he's a great bassist. I'd like to attend one of his Clinics.
