My interview with Dave Ellefson (Megadeth)

Some of you guys may or may not know that I like to get interviews with great bass players in form of ten questions. So far, I have Jean Baudin, Marlowe DK, Jeff Schmidt, Jayme Lewis and a few others.

It's nice to get other bass players perspectives on the instrument!

This interview is with one of my own personal heroes. Great tone and great lines...!

Anyhow, check it out!

Hey that's cool, glad he's still out doing his stuff, good interview. He's a very underrated bassist.

Hmmm...Dave mentions "Not Fragile" by BTO, which is the first song I ever learned on bass

Cool he's working with Ripper Owens, too...I like Ripper in Iced Earth, and I'm really looking forward to him singing on Richard Christy's solo project Charred Walls Of The Damned.

Good interview. Always hated Megadeth, but Ellefson kicks it.

Nice interview. Dave seems like a cool dude. Didn't know he was working with Tim Owens lately, I'll have to check that out.

Never knew you liked ANY metal, Jimmy....good deal. As for the 'Deth...you reallllly should give Rust In Peace a chance. A rare record that thrashes AND grooves instead of one outweighing the other.

Well-done on the interview, OP.
