my kitten loves bass!

Sign in to disble this ad
Usually my other cats would haul butt when I fire up the bass..But my kitten Socks aka Bass Cat, LOVES bass! My boyfriend is also a bassist and I first noticed this when he came over and started playing one of my basses. Socks came in, sat at his feet and looked up at him playing bass! And once when I played, he climbed up on top of my stack and laid on top! While I was playing!
Anyone else has a cat/kitty/dog that likes bass too??

My cat likes to attack my fiancee when she whistles.

Where am I going with this? I have now learned how to sic my cat on her...
I was playing with my synthesizer the other day. I happened upon a patch that I messed with, it sounds something between a Robot Whistle and Birds Tweeting. As I was messing with it my cat started going crazy and attacking my fiancee thinking that she was whistling! HA HA HA!!!!

My two seem unaffected by the slab. They act like they're running for cover when I go to grab the upright, but I always find them passed out right outside the door when I'm done.

I have a cat named Socks as well! Black with white paws.

One of my cats was in my room a few days ago, but left when I turned the bass on....

My cat used to sit on top of the amp when I played years ago. Now she's 18 and doesn't care to be around the noise.

Sushi, our 14 year old, could care less when I play.

Lilly, our 2 year old, likes to lay on the desk I put my practice amp on.

I told my wife Lilly probably thinks the desk is purring.

I have a dog that yowls along when I'm singing in the car. I'm hoping it's the spaniel who's the tuneless one.

My cat just stares at and chases the reflections on the wall coming off the chrome tuners. It's ridiculous

I think you will enjoy this if you haven't already been here.

Post your pets with basses pictures.

Be sure to post up a few of the bass kitty enjoying a soothing massage from the low end.
