Name your 5 Favorite Instructional DVDs

I recently got the Doug Wimbish DVD, and I really liked it. I got Stu Hamm's DVD, and that's good too. I picked up a blues bass DVD, and it was very weak and hard to use.

Are there any bass videos you'd strongly recommend? thanks!

Slap Bass with Alexis Sklarevski. And the old school Flea dvd with River Phoneix interviewing.

I've never watched a bass instructional video however I liked the Doug Marks Metal Method when I picked up the guitar.

I found the "Bass Grimoire" (sp off I know...) DVD to be very helpful in getting some music theroy stuff through a rather thick skull...
