Now, if only Rush would tour, this would be a great summer for music.

Not as thrilled as I was when I first heard of the tour.

Good news: They're coming to Phoenix.

Bad news: They're playing at an outdoor amphitheater in the middle of June, when it's 110°. And this amphitheater is located in a section of town where being a gang-banger is the main occupation.

I hear you, better start working on my base tan. Oh well, I'm just glad they'll be here. Saw them in May '08 and it was worth every penny (and I shelled out quite a few of them). About 95% of the musicians I'd love to see live are either too old or too dead to play anymore but I feel super blessed that I can still see some heroes of mine up on stage, and it certainly isn't a half assed performance.

nobody ever comes around here. That is, unless you mean New England, and in that case, you wankers need to quit using that abbreviation cause it confuses the hell out of people. Chicago's not a far drive from here, though, as is Denver. 8hrs each give or take.
