In Guitar player an interview with Andy Partridge said that Colin Moulding has no interset in music anymore. He does not play or even enjoy listening to music anymore.

Sad, I'm sure he will be back unless he's so bitter about things.

That's a shame. They have plenty of rabid fans, but the music biz is a numbers game, and unfortunately I don't think the sales were enough for them to make a decent living...that can grind you right down.

He's a superlative player, IMO.

I actually heard "King for a Day" on the radio @ a McDonalds Saturday morning while grabbing a quick breakfast after my graveyard shift.

I do know the feeling. I had had it with musicians and drunks and bar owners, etc after 15 years into the game and sold off everything. I took a couple years to learn to be a fan again... being a player again followed along quickly.
