Today the music community and our Jersey Shore community lost another great.
Rest in Peace Kevin Kavanaugh, keyboardist extraordinaire of Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes. If there was ever a bassist's keyboardist, it was Kevin.
Please take some time and play some early Asbury Jukes stuff today to honor Kevin. One benefit is that you will hear some great basswork that includes the amazing and now "reclusive" Alan Berger and a few played by Garry Tallent.
