The bassist down in the Pit looked like Nathan East to me. Also playing a white Yamaha through an Aggie rig. That has got to be East.

Yeah, there was shot where they showed the bass and I was like "Hey that's a Yamaha Nathan East signature bass! - Wait. Of coruse! That's Nathan East!!!".
