Good one. It was the '80s, ya know!

Personally, I did the big hair thing for awhile back then...I saw Patrick O'Hearn's hairdo on that first Missing Persons' album & thought, "...damn, he's copped my look".

So, one time we're playing out-
Some hotties at a nearby table are staring at me...next break, I go over to see what's up & one sez-
"You look like a movie star"...
(I'm thinking "Hey, now")

...uh, what's the name of tha guy that always blew the horn in The Marx Brothers"?

"Harpo? Harpo Marx"?

Yeah, that's the guy"!

ccccccuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuz you're too shy ie ieeeeee...

Awesome bassline to that song. The only one I have for reference. I'm sure the rest of their stuff is equally as stupid with awesome basslines.

hey man!

yeah (knocking on wood), we're steering clear of the weather. thanks.

these days Nick Beggs is doing a solo career (primarily a Stick player) and backing cats like John Paul Jones, Right Said Fred, and ABC. no, I'm not kidding. he's still a monster, but he's making sure he can cover the bills.

and he's got short hair.

from the lows,

Stew

I dig Nick's playing... I thought he looked cool back in the day.

I've wanted to close this out of respect for one of my idols but tried to let it pass as a harmless joke....

Well the thread keeps surfacing

Nick, Sorry I didn't kill it at the get-go. We love ya man!
